At this stage of their lives, women over 40 know what they want and they want to look great. However, the fashion industry continues to provide very few options for them, despite the fact they make up a huge percentage of the market's buyers. What is the industry thinking? I launched Covered Perfectly on May 5, 2013 to give women, just like me, what they want and deserve: Stylish tops that cover all the parts they don’t want to reveal. The response to my tops has been amazing and has inspired me to add new styles, colors and sizes to my collection.
WE’VE GOT YOUR COLOR
My collection’s top seller, “Simple Comfort,” is a beautiful basic staple for every woman’s wardrobe. There are Covered Perfectly customers that have it in every color! This classic, easy design dresses up effortlessly. Pair it with chunky, statement jewelry or a colorful scarf. Smooth and streamlined, it is perfect for layering, and incomparable under a blazer.
Covered Perfectly customers are so very important to me. We want to keep growing and continue to provide women over 40 with the fashion and style they want and deserve. I read every comment that my customers make and take their requests to heart. For example, you asked for it, and we've delivered brilliant jewel-tones, muted neutrals (below), classic black and vibrant prints! The new houndstooth and animal print patterns for our “Simple Comfort” style (above) really bring a pop of drama to a little black jacket! And with the gorgeous new colors we’ve added to all our styles, we know that there will be something for every woman’s hair color and skin tone!

Through customer comments, it became clear that many women over 40 have issues with the tummy area. We came up with three new styles that are astoundingly flattering, while covering a multitude of sins! The secret is in the drape. I am certain you will be pleased with these new options! By the way, we go out of our way to find models that represent all body types. The new collection looks terrific on every one of them!
Covered Perfectly has also added plus sizes to the collection. Again, this is a direct result of listening to our target market. I am happy and excited to report that we now have six different tops in Sizes 1X and 2X. You can count on more styles in the future!

Recently, I ran a survey on our Facebook page, asking followers how important it is to have their clothing manufactured in the U.S.A. The response was an overwhelming “very important!” We agree. Keeping people employed in the United States is important to our business and our economy. We are proud that the Covered Perfectly line continues to be made in sunny Los Angeles…from start to finish!
As always, shipping within the U.S. is free both ways. And we are now shipping to Canada and Mexico for a flat rate of $14.95.
