Fashion Over 50: The Tiered Top

LONG SLEEVE TIERED TOP-M-SOFT YELLOW

I have been admiring tiered tops for a while now, but haven't found just the right one for me. Then, over the weekend, I was with an over 50 friend who was wearing a bright pink tiered top with a long gray sweater, gray pencil skirt, gray tights and, yes, gray ankle boots. I always love her style and when I saw her tiered blouse, I knew I had to share a tiered top in my next post. The LONG SLEEVE TIERED TOP-M-SOFT YELLOW above is my Fashion Over 50: Pick of the Day. It's such a flattering top for over 50 women. I love the 3/4 sleeves and low, square neckline. And the lovely, fluttering tiers conceal those little over 50 lumps or bumps. This ultra-feminine top is from Max Studio and is also available in black and white for $58. Personally, I would style this top with a skirt, like my friend did. But tiered tops also look great with jeans. (Note: It's too short to wear with leggings like the photo shows.)
